Directions:

  1. Prepare Your Workspace:

    • Ensure your work area is clean and sanitized. Gather all the ingredients and equipment you will need.
  2. Combine the Ingredients:

    • In a clean bowl or measuring cup, pour 1 cup of distilled water.
    • Add 1/4 cup of witch hazel to the distilled water.
    • Stir in 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel. Aloe vera is known for its soothing and cooling properties, making it an excellent addition to this spray.
  3. Add Essential Oils:

    • Add 10 drops of peppermint essential oil to the mixture. Peppermint oil has a cooling effect that can provide immediate relief from hot flashes.
    • Add 5 drops of lavender essential oil. Lavender is known for its calming and soothing effects, which can help reduce stress and anxiety.
    • Add 5 drops of clary sage essential oil. Clary sage can help balance hormones and may reduce the severity of hot flashes.

  5. Transfer to Spray Bottle:

    • Carefully pour the mixture into an 8 oz spray bottle using a funnel to avoid spills.

How to Use:
